Last week, Mundaring鈥檚 Secondary Campus in Parkerville hosted the 鈥淒istinctive Daughters Dessert Night鈥� in their Great Hall.
It brought together mums, mum-figures, grandmothers, aunties and carers from across the College to enjoy some excellent dessert dishes freshly made by MCC Hospitality students under the guidance of Chef de Partie Mrs Melinda Edwards.
The guest speaker for the evening was Ms Linda Roney (former 疯马歌舞秀 staffer), who spoke on how important it is to know that we are 鈥渇earfully and wonderfully made鈥� from Psalm 139.
Her message focussed on the importance of taking time to appreciate the women in our lives and to be quick to forgive each other鈥檚 shortcomings. Linda鈥檚 message was powerful and moving; anyone who has the opportunity to hear Linda speak will come away feeling challenged, uplifted and refreshed. This was a special experience for all who were in attendance.
