On Tuesday 7 June 2022, the Term 2 Staff Committee Meeting was held at the ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã Head Office after school classes had concluded at each of our ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã campuses across Perth.
This meeting provides an opportunity for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Mr Sidney Rajanayagam, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Graeme Cross to meet with representatives from each ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã school.
The rationale for these meetings is to continually review the effectiveness of the Enterprise Agreements (EA) and to discuss any industrial relation-type issues that might be emerging.
The staff committee is made up of representatives from across ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã schools, and they are occasionally granted some snacks as part of their voluntary duty!
