The opportunity to see other like-minded Christian schools in action across Australia continues to attract interest from ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã staff who are keen to see how Christian education is being administered across the country. The knowledge acquired from these research trips allows our school leaders to share their learnings with staff and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to enhance the learning experience for our students each day.

2.   Mr Rob Edkins concludes an epic run on the ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã Board

·èÂí¸èÎèÐã staff recognised the years of voluntary support Mr Rob Edkins gave as he concluded his time as Board Chair at the mid-year Annual General Meeting.
Under Mr Edkins’ leadership, ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã schools have expanded by almost 40% since he joined the ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã Board in 2016. Opening Northshore Christian Grammar School (NCGS), navigating the pandemic conditions and restoring faith in our Christian education model are just some of his achievements during his time as the head of the ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã Board.

1.  ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã Celebration Day 2023: Worship & Wisdom

Why was this Celebration Day summation the number-one article for ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã News this year?

It would seem that for a second consecutive year, ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã staff value the opportunity to come together to fellowship and learn more about the wonderful provision of Christian education in the lives of young people in Perth.

This year’s event saw a special visit from WA Governor Chris Dawson and Mrs Donna Shepherd (former World Vision Board Chair), with worship from Northshore’s talented musicians led by Ms Fiona Jones.

We continue to give thanks to God for all that He is doing in our lives across our schools, and the hope and prayer for 2024 is for more opportunities to speak life and love into the students and parents that we partner with each day in our schools and the ·èÂí¸èÎèÐã Head Office.
